Home Study traffic school is an option offered by California Department of Motor Vehicles to fulfill requirements in the California Vehicle Code, to have your traffic citation resolved without a conviction on your DMV record.
TrafficSchoolForEveryone.com is licensed by the DMV, we are accepted in all Courts and counties in California. Always check the printed materials you received from your court or call the court, too make certain of your eligibility. The court that has issued you your citation will mail out a courtesy notice, it will be your responsibility to pay the bail amount and to see if you are eligible to attend traffic school before attending any traffic school course. If you do not receive a courtesy notice from the court 30 days after receiving your citation, you should call the court that has issued you your citation.
Our program is completely self-paced. We have no time restraints on our program; the average reading time is between 4 to 6 hours. We do suggest that you do take your time, as this will make taking the quizzes and final exam easier for you. Remember that we will allow taking notes of the course material during quizzes and final exam. Your Final exam will be a 25 Question Final (open Book), must receive a 70% or better in order to pass.
Our site will allow you to enter the program as often as you like. Every time you complete one of the lessons, your course status will be saved. When you want to re-enter your course in progress, simply go to our homepage at trafficschoolforeveryone.com and click on Student Login. Now to access your course, you will be required to submit your driver's license number given during registration.
You can access our web site using any computer where you have Internet access. Keep in mind to achieve the best performance on the net you should use the most recent versions of FireFox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari, or Chrome.
Technical support is available. When a student does require technical support our customer representatives will be happy to assist you through the steps. Our friendly and knowledgeable customer representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm to assist you. Our TrafficSchoolForEveryone.com Instructor is available to answer question Monday – Friday. 8am until 5pm, if you need assistances after hours please use our ASK THE Instructor Page to send him an email. Please allow 24 hours for an answer.
Our web site will notify you immediately if you have passed or failed. If you have received a passing score of 70% or better you will be directed to a "Congratulations" page. If you were not taken to a "Congratulations" page you did not pass or our school did not receive your final exam. You will have to retake the final exam without any additional charges. If you are having problems submitting your final exam please contact the school.
The California Department of Motor Vehicles allows two attempts to pass your final exam, in the unlikely invite that you do not pass your final exam by the second attempt. DMV will require you to re-register and take the course again.
TrafficSchoolForEveryone.com will not issue a refund on students who did not pass the final exam by the second attempt.
You will receive a confirmation of completion receipt in your email, once you have completed your traffic school course. Please print out and keep for your records.
Your certificate of completion will be sent to the DMV. We are required to send it three business days after you have successfully completed. However, our system is set up to automate send the same day (Except weekend and Holidays).
The California Department of Motor Vehicles requires that you prove your Identity while taking your traffic school course. DMV wants to make sure that the person that received the citation is the one taking the online traffic school course.
When you register with TrafficSchoolForEveryone.com, we will ask you several security questions which will be used during your course. If you do not answer them correctly you will not be allow to move on. As a courtesy we will email them to you. Please make sure that you check your inbox and junk mail folder as well. We will also have you accept and submit under Penalty and Perjury Acknowledgement, after you have complete your online registration you will be direct to your traffic school course.
TrafficSchoolForEveryone.com and DMV take Identity Verification very seriously, please act responsibly. Please be aware the if someone else takes your traffic school course, beside the person that received the citation it is punishable by the law as a felony.
